If you have access to any actual errors - they may not make sense to you but they probably will make sense to us - write them down! exactly as you see them or send a screenshot via email!
If you are having problems with email - please check your webmail account to determine if the problem is with your local machine or software. If you can not login - you are probably not using the correct username and password. If you can send and receive via webmail the issue is not the mail server.
If you are having problems SENDING email - please make sure your computer has been updated and all Microsoft operating system and software has the latest updates. Then make sure the certificate is properly installed!
