The more concise your report the faster we are able to resolve it!
If you have access to any actual errors - they may not make sense to you but they probably will make sense to us - write them down!
If you are having problems with mail - please check your webmail account to determine if the problem is with your local machine or software. If you can send and receive via webmail the issue is not the mail server.
If you are having problems with a particular email - please be ready to provide the headers!
About headers:What is a header?
Headers are the block of information lines, which appear at the top of a mail or news message.
Headers identify the sender and recipient of a message, the route the message took from one site to another and so on.
Headers are used to determine the source of a post.
To view headers look in the help file of your email program.
