Most user support issues can be resolved in under an hour, however we bill in full hour increments for all Technical Support.

We bill in full hour increments for all Technical Support. We will inform you at the time of your call if your issue will require advanced support.
On Site Support
Rates vary from $75 to $300 per hour depending upon the complexity of the project.
